while comparing CSCO (Msges, Tweets) to QQQQ (Msges, Tweets) from march, both acted the same, but CSCO (Msges, Tweets) didn't make new highs recently like the QQQQ (Msges, Tweets), keeping QID (Msges, Tweets)
