In today’s environment of global instability, intensifying threat levels are creating a growing need for improved security and real-time surveillance. Locations including transit systems, waterworks, chemical plants, atomic energy facilities, ports, borders, utility sites, oil pipelines, gas pipelines, refineries, schools, and commercial enterprises are especially vulnerable to security breaches and terrorist attacks. HS3 brings together technologies, services, and people to provide customers with complete integrated solutions to mitigate these security risks.

HS3 is a “one-stop-shop” in the security industry, addressing security needs through a combination of cutting-edge technology utilizing hard-line, soft-line and service related products. The Company’s products and services include DVRs, digital/analog IP cameras, biometric access control devices, high-speed satellite Internet, cellular/wireless mesh networks, stand-alone satellite hook-up platform, equipment leasing, remote video monitoring and system management services.

HS3’s recently signed exclusive deal with the American Humane Association. Their technology will be implemented to ensure the humane treatment of animals in growing houses and slaughter houses across the nation. HS3 will deploy a video monitoring system that will expand the observations and augment the compliance with American Humane Certified (AHC) standards for humane care. This deal is expected to generate high growth, high margin, recurring revenues from its video monitoring and equipment licensing business in addition to a “per unit” audit fee.

Chicago Police Department (CPD) has been working with HS3 on the development of mobile remote observation platforms or covert surveillance cars. They are expected to be able to install the HS3 product OPIE on at least 26 cars and as many as 50 surveillance vehicles depending on the final CPD budget. Upon budget approval, HS3 will retrofit cars supplied by CPD with hidden or camouflaged cameras that are virtually invisible to outside observers but monitored remotely at the headquarters. Using this HS3 technology enables the CPF to minimize the number of officers required for stake-outs.
